
Toronto, Ontario -- CCC Intelligent Solutions has launched its mobile pay-management software, CCC Pay Workflow.
The software aims to reduce the amount of time spent sorting out technician pay– a pain for many collision centres.
Built-in to the CCC ONE mobile app, the new software allows technicians access to their paysheets. This would let employees review, request changes and flag pay discrepancies immediately. In turn, managers can see and manage requests through a centralized dashboard.
Technicians are often paid by hours tied to specific repairs. While this is industry standard, it can often create confusion, pay discrepancies and lost time for technicians. This new tool from CCC aims to make the process more efficient and transparent, allowing for optimized work.
“CCC Pay Workflow brings together the needs of employees and managers in one simple, digital experience,” said Mark Fincher, vice president of product management at CCC. “Shops are looking for ways to retain talent and reduce unnecessary disruptions.”
This feature is the newest to be added to the CCC ONE platform, already supported by thousands of repair shops in North America.
