The Polyvance Nitro-Fuzer Touch is a nitrogen plastic welding system designed for repairing automotive thermoplastic components including bumper covers, headlamp tabs and other repairable plastic parts. Heated nitrogen softens the base material and compatible welding rod so the materials can be fused together. The touchscreen system includes presets for more than 20 plastic types and controls welding temperature and gas flow. Welding rods are available for common automotive plastics including polypropylene, TPO, ABS, polyethylene, nylon and polyurethane.
