Pro Spot NP-3 Nitrogen Plastic Welder

The Pro Spot NP-3 uses heated nitrogen to weld thermoplastic automotive components including bumper covers and damaged tabs. Nitrogen acts as a shielding gas during welding, while compressed air maintains torch temperature between welds. Digital controls allow technicians to set temperature and gas flow. The system includes thermoplastic welding rod, aluminum tape, sandpaper and a welding iron with interchangeable tips. An optional nitrogen generator can be added to eliminate the need for bottled nitrogen.
