The Women’s Industry Network has opened several volunteer committee positions for its 2026–27 term, with roles available to current members across the United States and Canada.

WIN, a U.S.-based organization supporting women in the collision repair industry, listed the openings through its Serve with WIN page. The organization’s committee roles appear to be open to Canadian members. The page invites all current WIN members interested in committee service to express interest, while WIN’s virtual conference programming is described as serving members and industry professionals across the United States and Canada.

Open roles are available across conference planning, professional development, marketing, sponsorship, student relations, recognition, membership and talent resources.

The Conference Committee is seeking a content coordinator and vice-chair. The content coordinator role includes researching educational themes, helping define learning objectives, identifying speakers and supporting agenda development. The vice-chair role includes support for event timelines, on-site logistics, vendor communication and budget tracking.

The Professional Development Committee is also seeking volunteers for its annual virtual conference, held each September. Open roles include virtual conference vice-chair, virtual conference content coordinator and program content manager.

Marketing Committee openings include SWAG and merchandise coordinator/designer, creative director and communications coordinator. The creative director role includes maintaining brand templates, reviewing creative submissions and providing visual direction for campaigns and signature programs. The communications coordinator role includes copy editing, content review and support for written communications across the organization.

The Sponsorship Committee has openings for sponsorship retention director, sponsorship benefits director, new sponsor development director, communications director, analysis director and two committee members. The roles cover renewals, benefit fulfillment, prospecting, reporting, proposal development and sponsorship data management.

Student Relations Committee openings include SWAG coordinator and designer, student success coordinator and vice-chair. The vice-chair role includes overseeing the annual application window, managing the selection process and helping set scholarship funding targets.

Additional openings include regional events hosts and coordinators on the Membership Committee, founding mother chair on the Recognition Committee and vice-chair on the Talent Resources Committee.

The Talent Resources vice-chair role includes volunteer recruitment, succession planning, onboarding and volunteer recognition.

WIN’s Conference Committee is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s annual educational conference, promoting the event, supporting the scholarship walk, recognizing sponsors and scholarship winners and developing educational content.
