A new collision repair and calibration facility has opened in Chatham-Kent, Ont., expanding repair capacity and bringing both services under one roof.
CSN Chatham, a collision repair business, and Apex Auto Calibration Centre celebrated the opening of their 1,858-square-metre (20,000-square-foot) building on September 24. The event drew 235 guests, including community members, industry partners, local businesses, friends and family.
The facility includes advanced repair equipment and dedicated space for calibrating advanced driver assistance systems, the cameras and sensors used to support vehicle safety functions.
“We’re incredibly excited to finally see this facility come to life. It represents years of hard work, growth, and investment in the future of collision repair in Chatham-Kent. We’ve built this space around the technology, equipment, and training needed to properly repair today’s vehicles, while also creating a workplace our team can be proud of for years to come,” said Ryan Johnson, co-owner of CSN Chatham and Apex Auto Calibration Centre.
Apex provides specialized calibration services alongside the collision repair operation. The expanded facility is intended to accommodate growing demand from drivers in Chatham-Kent and surrounding communities.
Guests toured the building during the celebration. Browns Auto Supply and AkzoNobel were recognized for their ongoing support and partnership. Sons of Kent Brewing Co. provided food and service for the event.
