The winter gathering is one of two national meetings held each year under the AkzoNobel Sikkens Acoat Selected umbrella. This AkzoNobel program holds the unique status as one of the longest running business services programs found within the collision repair industry today. The meetings have the goal of providing current and pragmatically useful information that enables member businesses to build sustainable futures.

Two Early Bird sessions will be available on Wednesday, February 12, featuring:

• “The KPI’s of Integrity Leadership” by Marcy Tieger of Symphony Advisors, LLC, collision repair consultant and speaker.

Attendees will gather for an afternoon of shop tours at four leading Acoat Selected member shops. Each business will highlight processes within their operations that are enabling them to thrive in today’s highly competitive market while at the same time building a sustainable future for tomorrow.

The meeting will kick-off with a gala Welcome Reception on February 12.  It will be followed by two full days of individual, group and distributor meetings on Thursday, February 13 and Friday, February 14. A new workshop has been added this year for honoured guests as well as a special “Walk-About” program dedicated to building sustainability within the collision repair industry. Members and guests will be treated to a traditional Hawaiian luau complete with Fire and Knife show.

“We are pleased to be able to share this special time in our business history as well as this extraordinary location with this elite group of business professionals.  Many that will join us have been part of the AkzoNobel family from our earliest days. Their longevity is a proof statement to the value that this program provides,” said Barry Rinehart, A&AC North American Business Services Manager.
