Hamilton, Ontario – CARSTAR Canada is making some big corporate moves with the announcement of Tony Mammone’s promotion to vice-president of operations, according to a press release from Wednesday.
Originally joining CARSTAR three years ago as a zone director for Ontario, Mammone quickly rose through the ranks to then become senior director of operations through his ability “to drive premier customer experiences and excellence in repair quality to its industry partners,” according to the press release.
“Tony has a rich background through various leadership positions, providing incredible value to our growing CARSTAR family,” said CARSTAR Canada COO Jeff Labanovich.
“His thoughtful approach to everything he does helped drive key performance enhancements for our franchise family, especially in this past year, when we were all navigating uncharted waters.”
Mammone started in the collision repair industry more than 20 years ago from the insurance side as a field adjuster before advancing to a number of leadership roles.
“As vice-president of operations, Tony will continue to lead the operations team but have an increased role in managing our insurance teams, aligning our overall strategy,” continued Labanovich.
