Chase Auto Body Supplies donates $10,000 to the Salvation Army of Canada

By CRM Staff

Winnipeg, Manitoba — December 13, 2017 — The holiday season is upon us and with it comes the joy of giving. That’s something Chase Auto Body Supplies believes in, with its recent donation of a $10,000 cheque to the Salvation Army of Canada.

Tim Shay, General Manager of Chase Auto Body Supplies, a division of the Color Compass Corporation, spearheaded the initiative. He commented: “It is with great pride that we were able to make this donation on behalf of our great customers and staff throughout Western Canada. Through the Salvation Army of Canada we know this donation will provide some help to those in need during this special time of year.”

The donation was made in lieu of holiday gifts to the Chase Auto Body Supplies’ customer base throughout the four provinces of Western Canada. In previous years, the company spent the money on gift baskets and other holiday gifts for its customers, however, this year; the company said those dollars would be put to better use through a charity donation.

The cheque, along with the letter posted below, was presented to the Salvation Army’s Shawn Critch, by Chase Auto Body Supplies’ Manitoba Market Manager, Terry Sharanowski.
