Welcome of the Week: CSN Alaska Hi-Way’s

Fort St. John, British Columbia — Let’s all take a trip up north to welcome CSN Alaska Hi-Way’s to the CSN Collision Centres network, as Lift Auto Group’s most recent acquisition begins a new journey with the banner.

CSN Alaska Hi-Way’s has been serving the Fort St. John community for the past 40 years and will soon see the trademark hoisted yellow truck displayed above their shop painted in CSN blue, as the family business expands its capabilities.

Before handing over the business to her son in 2016, former owner Lorraine Henderson said “I hope to see my prior business grow and flourish. I think the way of the future for body shops are the bigger chains so that they can remain more competitive.”

Since then, the business has expanded to include a glass business and now, to Henderson’s wishes, has joined a larger chain.

Repair coordinator, Tanya Hanvold said CSN Alaska Hi-Way’s boasts a team of highly skilled and experienced technicians who know how to deliver an ideal experience to a customer.

“There’s always a lot of confusion with customers when it comes to dealing with insurance. When a customer calls us, we’re going to inform them of the wait time. We can go over what’s involved with the repair and if their insurance covers the cost of getting a rental,” said Hanvold.

“We help them to understand the repair a little better and reach out and communicate with adjusters to get their needs met. Our goal is to offer the best customer experience possible and provide safe, high-quality repairs.”
