Volvo introduces it’s first subscription service

Toronto, Ontario — October 18, 2018 — With just a few clicks on a smartphone, Canadians can now order a new one of the selected Volvo’s cars in less than 10 minutes, with the launch of their first subscription-based program, CARE BY VOLVO.

The CARE BY VOLVO’s subscription includes services like winter tire installation and storage, 24/7 roadside assistance, and a concierge service that assists CARE BY VOLVO subscribers through every step of the process including coordinating delivery with their local Volvo retailer.

“The subscription service combines the benefits of tomorrow’s technology with the everyday needs of people today – more time for the things they love, fewer distractions, and a clearly defined and predictable cost. We’re proud to be the first in Canada  to offer consumers a different way to own and enjoy a car,” said Alexander Lvovich, managing director, Volvo Car Canada Ltd. 

The first two cars available in Canada  through the CARE BY VOLVO  subscription are the all-new Volvo V60 luxury estate with distinctive styling and design, and the all-new Volvo S60 sports sedan. The subscription pricing starts at $949 plus tax per month. The subscription price provides peace of mind for the driver with the following suite of services:

The subscriber also has the ability to upgrade to a new Volvo, free of charge, as early as 12 months or keep their existing vehicle for the full 24-month subscription.
