The CIC wants answers

By CRM staff

Toronto, Ontario — November 22, 2018 — The Collision Industry Conference (CIC) has released a survey seeking answers to some of the important issues that exist within the industry.

The CIC chairman of 2019-2020, Jeff Peevy, presented this survey to gather feedback to present at the upcoming CIC planning meeting that will be held on Jan. 16 to 17 in Palm Springs, CA.

“As I prepare for my first meeting as Chair of this conference, I want to ensure we understand the issues and opportunities from as many individuals and segments as possible,” he said.

“This means the perspective from collision repair technicians, owner/managers and insurers, suppliers, OEM’s and others. The collective feedback will help us identify common ground to move forward on, sincerely and respectfully. I want to be as open for feedback as possible.”

The survey consists of 10 questions that ask participants to rank what they think are the important issues within the industry, as well as feedback from the CIC’s previous panel discussions and their overall relationships with businesses that fall into the industry.
