Simply Done: Simplicity announces triple shop signage

Toronto, Ontario — Simplicity Car Care recently opened several locations throughout Ontario and Alberta.

Simplicity Car Care has recently expanded the franchise network with three additional locations including Cobourg, Oakville and Grand Prairie. These locations are now undergoing the Simplicity Car Care training and conversion program along with updating to the brand standards.

“From an operational standpoint, we really want to enhance the performance of our franchise partners,” he said. “We strive to improve their ability to serve the market at a very high standard from both a customer experience and KPI standpoint.”

November marked the announcements for the Oakville and Grand Prairie locations. In Grand Prairie, Simplicity is welcoming Daryll Charles and his team to the company.

“Daryll and his family have built a fantastic collision centre with quality repairs and customer service at the forefront,” said Domenic Ieraci, the president of Simplicity. “They are active in the community and support many local charities and community foundations. Together we will help make car care simple and affordable for the great people of Grand Prairie, Alberta.”

In Oakville, Sebastian Palacios and Dimitri Kadriu also signed on to transform their shop with Simplicity. Ieraci said the two have demonstrated a “commitment to excellence” through their investments in training and equipment.

“As young entrepreneurs, Sebastian and Dimitri have bright futures and our team looks forward to supporting their growth,” he said.

Last but not least is the Cobourg location, which signed on with Simplicity just this month.

“I’m proud to welcome Wade and Laurie McKeen to the Simplicity Car Care family,” said Ieraci. “They are exceptional business operators and fantastic individuals who truly care about the customer. They actively support the local Cobourg hockey community and are multiple recipients of the Cobourg business of the year award. They have a number of OEM certifications among other accreditations that really set them apart in their respective marketplace. We look forward to making car care simple and affordable for the great people of Cobourg, Ontario.”

Ieraci concluded: “We are continuously looking to work with collision centre owners who have a desire to become better both personally and professionally. Our team of trained experts look forward to supporting collision centre owners to elevating their business to new heights while contributing to the betterment of the collision repair industry.”
