Toronto, Ontario — February 15, 2019 — Simplicity Car Care is now hosting free monthly workshops to help out various job positions within the collision repair community.
This month, the company is holding a two-day workshop on the Fundamentals of Estimating, which is designed to enhance estimating skills, customer and insurer relationships, cycle time and throughput profitability for shop owners, office managers, estimators, and key personnel.
The workshop will cover several topics which include, industry trends in estimating, segmentation of repairs and estimating, the impact of damage analysis on customer satisfaction, traditional estimating practices, preparing staff and facility for damage analysis, OEM, aftermarket and LKQ parts, plus much more.
I-CAR trainers, Domenic Prochilo, vice president of operations for Simplicity Car Care and Dave Friars, field conversation manager for Simplicity Car Care will be leading the two-day event.
