Ajax, Ontario — CARSTAR Canada hosted its Ontario franchisees for their regional meeting last week, followed by a fundraising night that saw more than $4,000 raised for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
The fundraising auction featured team-signed jerseys from Ontario Hockey League teams like the Oshawa generals and others, game tickets and more sports memorabilia from CARSTAR’s athletic partners.
“Thank you to all of our Ontario franchisees who engaged in this fun evening and continue to support such a great cause, you are making a difference!” wrote Collin Welsh, CARSTAR zone director for Ontario.
CARSTAR Canada has been a supporter of Cystic Fibrosis Canada since 1997.
CARSTAR also hosted regional meetings in Edmonton, Alta. for western Canada franchisees last week, while franchisees from various parts of Quebec also gathered last week to go over EPGs and share industry experiences with their peers.
“The meeting was filled with informative sessions and interactive networking opportunities that allowed our franchise owners to learn from each other’s experiences and discuss industry trends and challenges,” wrote CARSTAR on LinkedIn.
