
The Women’s Industry Network has announced the program lineup for its 2026 Annual Conference, scheduled for May 4–6 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson.
WIN also announced early bird registration pricing has been extended through March 16.
The conference will include keynote and educational sessions covering leadership development, emerging technology and shop-floor repair techniques. Speakers include Dare Rosberry, who will deliver a keynote presentation on leadership development and the “6 Disciplines of Uncommon Performance.”
Additional sessions will examine parts pricing dynamics and repair profitability, presented by Tanya Sweetland and McKinley Thompson, as well as a closing presentation on artificial intelligence and the future of collision repair from Nick Davis, founder and CEO of ShopSite.
Technical breakout sessions are also planned, including welding analysis with Jason Bartanen of Collision ProAssist, glue pull repair techniques from Chris White and Emma White of KECO, and a session on combining artificial intelligence with human expertise in collision estimating led by Dune Pagaduan of Mitchell.
“This has become a must-attend industry event with sessions from industry leaders, expert-filled panels, and impactful keynote addresses,” said conference chair Blair Womble.
The conference will also feature a panel discussion with several of the organization’s “Founding Mothers,” including Frederica Carter, Geralynn R. Kottschade, Kathy Mello, Patricia Serratore, Marcy Tieger and Gigi Walker, alongside recognition of the organization’s annual Most Influential Women honourees.
In addition to educational programming, the conference will include the annual WIN Scholarship Walk fundraiser supporting collision repair student scholarships and a National Auto Body Council Recycled Rides vehicle presentation for families in Arizona.
WIN member registration is priced at US$795 (CAD$1,080), with early bird pricing of US$695 (CAD$940) available until March 16. Non-member registration is US$950 (CAD$1,290). In-person registration closes April 21.
