Nicolet, Quebec -- Consolidated Collision Services (CCS) gathered shop owners, partners and suppliers in Nicolet, Quebec, for two days of networking and learning at its Certified Success conference, held September 24–25.

The event marked the official kickoff to CCS’s fall regional meetings and set the tone for the upcoming 2025 ACE Conference, happening October 16–17.

Festivities opened in style on the 24th with a cocktail reception and dinner in the grand cathedral hall of Hôtel Montfort. Guests later travelled by limousine to the Wôlinak Casino, where an evening of entertainment and connection capped off the night.

The conference officially began the next morning with opening remarks in French from CCS executive director Mike Beier and president Sandy Liguori, followed by a series of engaging presentations from industry voices.

Progi’s human resources director, Alex Rocheleau, explored workforce challenges through the lens of company culture, immigration and youth engagement. Next, VitrXpert president Pierre Lévesque shared insights fresh from Auto Glass Week, highlighting cutting-edge glass technologies such as augmented-reality cameras and AI-assisted systems already in use at his company.

CCS director of operations Marc Lambert then took the stage to discuss shifting insurer perspectives and the evolving challenges facing collision repairers. The session closed with all shop owners introducing themselves as their logos appeared on-screen — a gesture that underscored CCS’s strong sense of community.

To close out the morning, CCS general manager Charles Aubry presented “10 good reasons to get certified,” emphasizing that certification has become essential for achieving higher volumes. Aubry also presented the Certified Success award to JP Landry of Landry Carrossier Certifié, recognized for leading the way with 20 certifications.

The event concluded with a networking lunch, closing out two days of collaboration and insight. CCS will keep the momentum going later this month as it welcomes dealers and partners to the 2025 ACE Conference, set for October 16–17, where the focus will shift to growth strategies, innovation and future opportunities across the dealer network.
