CARSTAR Cloverdale marked its grand opening on September 19 with a community-focused event that doubled as a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, bringing in more than $1,000 for the cause.
"The grand opening was a fantastic opportunity to introduce CARSTAR Cloverdale to the community while supporting Cystic Fibrosis Canada," said Bill Davidson, owner of CARSTAR Cloverdale. "We were thrilled to see such a strong turnout from local residents, partners, and supporters. Raising funds for an important cause while celebrating this new chapter for our team made the day especially meaningful."
Owned and operated by Raydar Collision Group, the new collision repair facility opened its doors to local residents, organizations, customers, and partners for a day that included a community car wash, entertainment, and tours of the shop so visitors could see the space and learn about the services offered there.
The celebration came together with the help of the Raydar Collision Group team, the Surrey United Female Soccer Club, Mr. Tubesteak, and Rock 101, all contributing to the atmosphere and turnout.
The event culminated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Davidson and the Raydar Collision Group team, formally opening the facility and underscoring its commitment to serving drivers throughout the Cloverdale and Surrey area.
