Cleveland, Ohio — Sherwin-Williams has just received three customer satisfaction awards through the J.D. Power 2021 Paint Satisfaction Study.
The paint company is being recognized for getting top honours in Exterior Paints, Exterior Stains and Paint Retailers. More than 5,000 people took the study and it was based on four key drivers of satisfaction: application, durability, price and offerings.
Steve Revnew, the senior vice president of product innovation at Sherwin-Williams, says that being able to receive triple honours and get recognition for the work that they do from their customers is a wonderful thing.
“Sherwin-Williams is proud to receive the highest ranking across three J.D. Power Paint Satisfaction categories for another consecutive year,” said Revnew “As an industry leader for more than 150 years, we are honoured that our customers recognize our commitment to providing the best solutions in service, as well as the most innovative products as possible.”
