San Antonio, Texas — On Feb. 2, Steele Auto Group announced its acquisition of two Hyundai dealerships in Central Texas.
Kim Day, President of Steele Auto Group says the dealerships will be rebranded as Steele Hyundai Kyle and Steele Hyundai New Braunfels, operating as a partnership with Hyundai.
The dealership is about 40 minutes from San Antonio, Texas.
“Customers should continue to expect the same friendly, professional experience they have grown to know,” said Day. “This will also create new opportunities for the existing team members in Kyle and New Braunfels.”
“We are confident that the Steele Group will continue to uphold our founding principles: take care of the customer no matter what, provide quality products and service, and be an active supporter of the local community,” said Jim Bagan, Vice President of Roger Beasley Auto Group, welcoming the Steele group to Texas.
After the acquisition, the Atlantic Canadian Steele Auto Group will have five dealerships located in the United States.
