Dividend Details: Boyd Group Services Inc. announces first quarter 2025 cash dividend

Toronto, Ontario – Boyd Group Services Inc. have announced a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2025 of $0.153 per common share.

As noted in a recent financial statement, the dividend will be payable on April 28, 2025 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025.

Timothy O’Day, CEO of Boyd Group Services Inc. further stated that shareholders who are non-residents of Canada will be subject to withholding taxes in respect of any dividends made by the company.

The company further announced that it will be revealing its 2024 fourth quarter and year-end results conference call on March 19, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

This call will be hosted by Timothy O’Day; Jeff Murray, executive vice president and chief financial officer; and Brian Kaner, president and chief operating officer.

All interested parties have been invited to participate.
