Fix Network and Groupe Zaidane have launched NOVUS Dorval in the Montreal area, marking the seventh shop operated by Groupe Zaidane, adding to its ownership of four Fix Auto shops and two ProColor Collision locations in the region.

The new 8,667-square-foot workshop provides windshield repair and replacement services, representing NOVUS’ continued expansion in the Montreal market and offers greater access to specialized glass care, notes Fix Network Canada’s press release.

“Adding NOVUS Dorval was the missing link in our complete service offering. Auto glass plays a key role in modern bodywork, and by bringing this expertise into our group, we’re able to make things easier for those we serve,” said Karim Zaidane, president, in the press release.

Groupe Zaidane and Fix Network’s shared focus on quality, a customer-first approach and thoughtful growth is reflected in the companies’ emphasis on customer needs and integrated service, values that shaped Groupe Zaidane’s decision to adopt a multi-banner strategy, noted the press release.

“I see the variety of brands as a real strength. By bringing together Fix Auto, ProColor, and NOVUS, we can address every need, from major collision repairs to simple windshield replacements. Each brand contributes its own specialized expertise, allowing us to offer tailored solutions,” said Zaidane.

Fix Network expresses its support of Groupe Zaidane’s expanding presence in the Montreal area, concluding the press release by stating that “The opening of NOVUS Dorval underscores our commitment to integrity, service excellence and delivering the right solutions for customers, today and as the network continues to evolve and flourish.”
