Quarterly Report: CCC enjoys 12% revenue growth

Chicago, Illinois -- CCC Intelligent Solutions, a Chicago based software company that builds cloud based claims platforms for the auto insurance and collision repair sectors, reports revenue rose 12 percent to US$267.1 million (about $366 million) in the third quarter of 2025.

“The third quarter capped another strong period of execution across the business and we continue to deliver consistent results” said chair and chief executive officer Githesh Ramamurthy.

The company posted a GAAP net loss of US$2.0 million (about $3 million) compared with net income of US$4.1 million (about $6 million) a year earlier. Adjusted net income was US$59.4 million (about $82 million) compared with US$62.6 million (about $86 million). Gross margin fell to 72 percent from 77 percent.

Management said they added work from one top twenty US insurer that adopted CCC’s AI workflow tool for late stage audit review in auto physical damage claims. CCC also entered a new relationship with one top ten US insurer in casualty. The release said customers are seeking “tools that improve accuracy while reducing friction.”

Operating cash flow reached US$94.8 million (about $130 million). Free cash flow was US$78.6 million (about $108 million). CCC ended the quarter with US$97.1 million (about $133 million) in cash and US$993.5 million (about $1.36 billion) in debt.

“We believe that the future of APD and casualty claims will be increasingly digital and that CCC is well positioned to help customers accelerate this transition” Ramamurthy said.

CCC repurchased 4.8 million shares during the quarter at a cost of about US$44.9 million (about $62 million).

The company expects fourth quarter revenue between US$272.0 million (about $373 million) and US$277.0 million (about $379 million) and full year revenue between US$1.051 billion (about $1.44 billion) and US$1.056 billion (about $1.45 billion).
