ALLDATA has launched Diagnostic Intelligence, a guided diagnostic solution that brings together OEM repair information, real-world repair intelligence and AI-assisted insights in one workflow.
The tool is designed for technicians of all skill levels and starts with either a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) or vehicle symptom. From there, technicians can access prioritized probable causes, OEM diagnostic procedures, shortcut diagnostic tests, known fixes and AI-assisted insights.
Diagnostic Intelligence also provides access to technical service bulletins (TSBs), wiring diagrams and related service information as part of the diagnostic workflow.
ALLDATA says the tool is designed to reduce the time technicians spend searching through repair information and support the diagnostic process by surfacing relevant information at the code level.

Diagnostic Intelligence is available to customers with an active ALLDATA Repair or ALLDATA Collision subscription.
