Calgary, Alberta – CARSTAR recently hosted its Western regional meeting in Calgary, Alberta. Over two days, CARSTAR franchise partners from western provinces came together to discuss industry insights, explore trends and spark collaboration.
With an agenda focused on innovation, the event delivered discussions on operations, insurance, analytics and emerging technologies.
Each day began with breakfast and informal networking, followed by a series of presentations and hands-on learning with vendor partners. Attendees heard updates from the CARSTAR team on fleet opportunities, marketing, sales and advancements in AI through CARSTAR’s analytics tools. Insurance partners and operational leaders also shared timely insights into market shifts, customer expectations and estimating training.
“Bringing together such a diverse group of owners created a space where real conversations could happen—about challenges, opportunities, and the future of our industry,” said Andrew Northrup, Western Zone Director of CARSTAR Canada. “It’s these events that drive meaningful progress, and we’re grateful for everyone’s participation through the week.”
