Calgary, Alberta — November 28, 2013 — SATA has launched a new, space saving dispenser system for its disposable cups in the SATA RPS (Rapid Preparation System), available in the cup sizes of 0.3l, 0.6l and 0.9 l.
The basic SATA RPS wall dispenser system consists of six tubes for the safe storage of cups, lids and sieves for two different cup sizes. With just three extra tubes contained in the SATA RPS extension kit, a third cup size can be added.
SATA says everything has its defined place in the new dispenser system. Ei-ther next to each other on the wall or compactly arranged on rotat-ing spindles available as accessories. These spindles can be optionally mounted to the wall (SATA RPS rotawall adapter kit), a workbench or directly on to the floor (SATA RPS rotafloor adapter kit).
Currently, SATA says its SATA RPS disposable cup system is enjoying increasing popularity among shops because of its features. The system consists of three components only, cup, lid and sieve.
The cups attach directly on all modern SATA spray guns without adapter, keeping the system extremely light and easy to handle. SATA says the spray guns remain easy to clean, as there are no undercuts in their material passages where paint residues could settle.
The ventilation valve in the bottom of the cup ensures constant flow, thus providing an even material delivery during the entire painting process.
