New Elektron MULTISPOT MI-100control T discounted during show season

Madison, Indiana — September 17, 2013 — During the fall trade show season, all Elektron distributors are offering deep discounts on the new MULTISPOT MI-100control T resistance spot welder. The special introductory offer includes low lease payments with a $1 buyout option.

Elektron says the MULTISPOT MI-100control T spot welder features the industry’s lightest transformer pliers, longest lightweight cables and a high welding current, enabling technicians to properly weld high-strength steels, even in hard-to-reach areas, without sacrificing comfort. Each welder purchased during the promotion comes with the deluxe Multispot accessory package, which includes five different electrode styles to support a variety of welding applications.

The MULTISPOT MI-100control T was designed specifically for repairing structural body damage in areas manufactured with high-strength and advanced steels like Boron, USIBOR, TRIP, TWIP and XIP. It constantly measures impedance and automatically readjusts the welding parameters during the repair process to ensure uniform quality. The welder detects and compensates for interference factors such as dirt, adhesives or protective coatings, as well as a change in materials. Technicians can streamline setup by using Elektron’s Control-series software to save OEM or custom welding programs.

According to Elektron, more automotive OEMs worldwide have tested and approved Elektron welders than any other brand. The company says these approvals provide third-party verification that Elektron’s products can be used to repair even the newest cars on the road.

Customers can check out the MULTISPOT MI-100control T in booth 10339 at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, November 5 to 8.

Special show season pricing on the MULTISPOT MI-100control T is available for a limited time from all Elektron distributors. To learn more, call 800-445-9262. Additional information about Elektron is available online at chiefautomotive.com.
