Ingersoll Rand adds to pneumatic tool line with impact wrench

Davidson, North Carolina — November 10, 2014 — Ingersoll Rand has announced the launch of the 2135QXPA Series Impactool—an upgrade to the 2350XP.

Built on the foundation of the 2135TiMAX, the four-lb. impact wrench is designed to be lightweight, quiet, powerful, and affordable. The company states its motor and twin-hammer impact mechanism delivers 780 ft-lbs. of max reverse torque and 1,100 ft-lbs. of torque. Ingersoll Rand says every function has been rigorously tested and the 2135QXPA offers a one-year warranty.

“We engineered this tool so technicians would have the option to work with a powerful tool that is reliable and practical for the ever-changing work environment,” says Andrew Mandel, pneumatic product leader of Ingersoll Rand power tools. “The 2135QXPA is discretely quiet and light, but its incredible power should not be underestimated. It can withstand the demands of operators without flinching in the face of the toughest jobs.”
