High River, Alberta — April 15, 2018 — It has been announced that a bodyshop in High River, Alberta has joined the Fix Auto network.

“I’ve always enjoyed repairing vehicles and making them perfect,” owner Bill Wilkison said in a statement released to the press. “Quality is everything at our shop and we are proud of every repair that leaves our facility.”

The Wilkisons say they were drawn to the Fix Auto Network because of the network’s strong relationships with the insurance industry partners, comprehensive management and operational tools, national and local marketing initiatives and all of the ongoing support from the head office team.
“The Fix Auto team builds lasting relationships based on trust with their franchise strategic partners and this is something that can be hard to find when looking to join a franchise business.”

The High River shop has seen a few changes since the decision to join the network was made a few months ago, including a new reception area.
The changes, initiated by General Manager of Fix Auto’s Western region Peter Polito, are designed to increase cycle times and improve the customer experience.
“We are excited to help Fix Auto High River continue to grow their business and provide their customers with expert collision repair services,” Polito said.
Fix Auto now has more than 250 locations across the country, with more than 630 locations around the world.
