Newport Beach, California — August 20, 2014 — August’s Guild 21 Conference Call put its focus on American Honda with the car manufacturer’s Chris Tobie selected as the month’s speaker.
The call, conducted on Aug. 13 at 11 a.m. (PDT), featured the diagnostic developer, who shared Honda repair information involving sectioning requirements for collision technicians so they may complete safe repairs on the brand’s vehicles.
Held monthly, the Guild 21 conference call was formed following the 2013 VeriFacts Symposium and is geared towards industry professionals.
The group’s purpose, as outlined in their oath, is to align the visions of the industry’s stakeholders to, above all, put consumers first, while working together towards innovation, safety, efficiency, less intrusive repair, and customer transparent-focused solutions.
