Bond Head, Ontario — September 23, 2013 — Fix Auto held its 6th Annual Masters Golf Tournament at the prestigious The Club at Bond Head on Wednesday, September 18. A sold out event, Fix Auto raised close to $10,000 at the sold out event. The funds will go to the MADD Canada Student Bursary program so that children who have suffered great tragedy can get the education that they deserve.
“The tournament was a great success for the sixth year in a row,†said Daryll O’Keefe, General Manager for Fix Auto Ontario. “Once again Fix Auto’s tournament was a sold out event and we were successful in raising money for a good cause.â€
Each year, honourary Fix Auto Masters Blue Jackets are presented to the winning foursome. This year, the team from Fix Auto Streetsville took the prize. The foursome consisted of husband and wife team Claudio Chiodo and Claudia Morgillo, and Fix Auto Streetsville staff members Steve Mauthe and Terri Mauthe.
O’Keefe also thanked all suppliers and franchisees that have supported the tournament with their sponsorship and donations. A special thank you went out to Mitchell Canada for their Platinum sponsorship of $10,000 for the second year in a row.
Attending the tournament were Fix Auto franchise owners, representatives from various insurance partners and suppliers to Fix Auto.
