Bond Head, Ontario — September 4, 2014 — Prestigious golf course The Club at Bond Head played host recently to the 8th Annual Fix Auto Ontario Masters Golf Tournament. In attendance were strategic partners, insurance partners, sponsors and members of Fix Auto staff.
The morning of the tournament a bag pipe player sounded off the start. A sold-out crowd of 148 golfers took to the links. Among the many different activities held across the course was a photo booth contest at hole four. Daryll O’Keefe, General Manager for Fix Auto Ontario, was in a dunk tank, taking hits to raise money for MADD Canada’s Youth Bursary Fund, the beneficiary charity of the event. A dinner held after the event saw 175 guests on hand to witness the cheque presentation ceremony that saw Fix Auto Ontario hand a $10,000 cheque to MADD.
Over $20,000 in raffle prizes were given out, including gift cards, electronics, golf equipment and various other items. Fix Auto wants to thank attendees, partners and sponsors, including a special thanks to the platinum sponsors, Advantage Auto Parts and Mitchell.
