Calgary, Alberta — February 21, 2016 — Peter Polito, General Manager of Fix Auto Western Canada, has announced that three new Fix Auto locations have joined the network: Fix Auto Cardston, Fix Auto Cold Lake and Fix Auto Lacombe.
Fix Auto Cardston’s owner and operator David Nay says he views this new venture as a learning opportunity and as a way to drive the best possible customer experience. “After 16 years in the industry, I am more excited than ever to learn and improve, so that we can offer our customers the best in-shop and after-repair experience.” Nay also says that Fix Auto is great at supporting businesses with the right processes, production assistance and training. “It is very helpful to have an expert partnership at all times,” he adds.
Louis Lessard, owner-operator of Fix Auto Cold Lake, says that after 11 years in the industry and two years in business as a shop owner, he was ready to make the move into Fix Auto’s national network. “I was looking to make a real difference in the auto body repair industry in my area, and Fix Auto reflects my values as a repairer,” he says. “Fix Auto strives to deliver work that is fair, always keeping both consumers and insurers top of mind.”
