Final Flourish: Driven Brands closes out EVOLUTION conference with prom-themed gala

Montreal, Quebec — Thursday marked the final day of the highly anticipated Driven Brands Evolution Conference, concluding the event with a flourish. The day began with a delightful breakfast from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., fostering a warm and energizing atmosphere.

At 8 a.m., the conference commenced with opening remarks, signalling the start of a day filled with informative sessions and recognition of industry excellence. Melissa Kwiatkowski, v-p of marketing for Driven Brands Collision Group, and Felicia Roy, director of marketing for Driven Glass Canada, captivated the audience with their insights and strategies during the marketing session.

The event continued with the prestigious Marketer of the Year Award, recognizing an outstanding individual’s contributions and achievements in the field.

Tony Mammone and Louise Jarry from the Driven Brands team took the stage to share valuable insights on industry trends and insights, enlightening the audience on the latest developments shaping the industry’s future. The CSI and  LOR awards were then presented, honouring individuals and organizations that excelled in customer satisfaction.

A franchisee panel, hosted by Julie Benoit and Dave Foster, followed suit. The panel provided a platform for franchisees to share their experiences, best practices, and success stories, offering valuable insights and inspiration to fellow attendees.

Closing remarks concluded the conference, summarizing the highlights and takeaways from the three days of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

A refreshing break provided an opportunity for participants to recharge before the highly anticipated afternoon sessions, consisting of engaging breakout sessions that catered to diverse interests and needs.

Later in the day, attendees were invited to the vendor trade show and lunch at the Le Centre Sheraton Montréal Hotel. This vibrant gathering showcased industry vendors, providing a platform for networking and discovering the latest products and services.

The grand finale of the Driven Brands Evolution Conference was the highly anticipated awards gala, held from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. This glamorous event celebrated industry achievements, recognized exceptional individuals and organizations, and provided a memorable evening of festivities and networking. Attendees even voted for Prom King and Queen.
