AIA’s Automotive Diaries: Coming Out Stronger
The Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA) is armed with tips and tactics to help Canada’s collision sector thrive in the post-COVID era.
The organization has announced its upcoming webinar, Automotive Diaries: Coming Out Stronger Post COVID-19, to be held on Sept. 24 at 1 p.m. EST. Featuring J.F. Champagne, AIA president; Karina Daukaeva, director of user experience design for autoTRADER.ca and Stephen Popiel, vice president and managing director for Phoenix Marketing International’s Canadian division this webinar will dissect the present and future of the automotive sector.
Topics will include post-pandemic perspectives for the automotive aftermarket as it relates to technology disruptors such as connected, autonomous, shared and electric vehicles; the role of user experience research in delivering better products and customer experiences; global and local cultural automotive perceptions and environmental implications.
