Vancouver, British Columbia — February 27, 2014 — A public celebration of the life of Lordco Auto Parts co-founder Ed Coates has been announced following his mid-February passing.
Known for giving back and tirelessly, passionately supporting the automotive industry, with his family by his side Coates peacefully lost his short battle with cancer on Feb. 17, 2014 at the age of 65.
Having touched many people in his life, his friends and family have organized a public celebration in his honour on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel, located at 999 Canada Place, at 2 p.m. PST.
Coates’ family has additionally announced they will be establishing a legacy fund in his memory with specific details to be determined.
