Bridgewater, Nova Scotia — Yesterday, Driven Brand hosted a collision virtual summit, UNIT3D, where top-performing franchise partners for ABRA, CARSTAR and Fix Auto USA were honoured for their outstanding commitment to providing high-quality collision repairs, excellent customer service, and ongoing support of their communities, where the company awarded trophies for top-performers in the length of rental (LOR) and customer satisfaction index (CSI) categories.
Two Canadian CARSTAR facilities–CARSTAR Bridgewater in Nova Scotia, owned by Wendy and Kevin Enimo, and CARSTAR Collingwood, owned by Gary Boucher–were recognized for their top-performing LOR and CSI, respectively.

The “UNIT3D” virtual conference featured keynote speakers like Collision Advice founder, Mike Anderson, who discussed the state of the industry as well as Nancy Friedman, a well-known and popular customer service keynote speaker, who shared her secrets to success. Speakers included Michael Macaluso, Driven Brands’ Group president & EVP, paint, collision & glass; Landon Thompson, vice president Operations Fix Auto USA; Arlo Johnson, Driven Brands’ SVP, insurance; Mark Wahlin, VP, franchise development & operations at ABRA, and Dean Fisher.
