Hamilton, Ontario — August 24, 2016 — Collision Solutions Network has added another facility to its ever-growing family of repair shops, welcoming CSN – East Mountain into the fold.
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, the new brand-new state of the art facility has been funded by the Richter family. With existing locations such as CSN – Eastgate and CSN – Bay King, the Richters have a rich history with the network dating all the way back to its inception in the early 2000s.
The new shop will serve to compliment the services already on offer at the two other Hamilton facilities, with its newly appointed operations manager Bruce Gilmore stating he was excited to open up and start working at the new shop.
“Watching the new facility being built from the ground up has been such an exciting process,” Gilmore said. “It is extremely efficient to be working with fresh tools and resources that help with efficiency and cutting cycle times.”
Customer satisfaction and retention is very important to the CSN – East Mountain team, according to Gilmore. He assures that all employees will work hard to ensure that each customer has a great experience at the new facility and leaves feeling more than satisfied.
