Bonnyville, Alberta — October 16, 2017 — CSN Collision Centres has announced the addition of CSN JD Collision to its network of collision centres, adding two new shops in Cold Lake and Bonnyville, Alberta.
CSN JD Collision was founded by Joe and Rose Dechaine in their home town of Bonnyville in 1985 and the family-owned business has earned a “great reputation” in Northern Alberta, according to a statement from CSN Collision Centres.
Shortly after opening their first shop, the Dechaines realized that one facility was not enough to accommodate their customers needs. Later that year they opened the company’s second shop in Cold Lake, about 50 kilometres away.
The shop is now owned by the couple’s three sons, Luc, Joel and Pat Dechaine. “We are so proud and thankful to be carrying on my parents’ business,” said Joel Dechaine. “They really ran it well and it’s our job to keep this up. We always keep one thing in mind: the key to our success is to help our community by providing world class customer experiences and repairs.”
CSN Collision Centres said CSN JD Collision takes community involvement “very seriously” and the business is well known for its support and donations to local hospitals and sports events. “We feel grateful to be in a position to be able to help those who need it,” added Pat Dechaine.
Today, CSN JD Collision includes two fully renovated facilities. With over 40 years of collision repair experience and the most up-to-date equipment and technology, the business said it is “constantly striving” to stay on top of the changes that are occurring in the industry.
Paul Ouelette, Shop Manager at CSN JD Collision, commented: “Speaking from an industry perspective, we believe that a lot of our success is a result of our willingness to embrace change. Whatever direction our industry flows in, we will make sure to flow with it. Our decision to become a part of CSN Collision Centres reflects this principle, as well as the toughness of competition.”
