Dartmouth, Nova Scotia — Sept. 12, 2013 — Members of the Collision Repair Assocation of Nova Scotia (CRANS) will be breaking out their clubs when they gather for the association’s annual golf tournament.
Sponsored by Pro Body Parts and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the 5th Annual Fender Bender Golf Classic will take place on September 18, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Grandview Golf & Country Club, located at 431 Crane Hill Rd. in Dartmouth.
Admission to the event is $125 per person, while those wishing to attend may also register as a team for $500. The registration fee covers 18 holes of golf, golf cart rentals and a meal consisting of either steak or chicken meal.
Additional sponsors for the Fender Bender Golf Classic include the Automotive Trades Association (ATA), Akzo Nobel, Vance Hanes, Russell W. Hawkins Ltd., AIA Canada/I-CAR Canada, DuPont Canada, NAPA Auto Parts and Sherwin Williams, all of which have donated prizes to the event.
All funds generated from the golf tournament will go towards bringing young repairers into the collision industry, which in the past has included scholarships and tool purchases for students.
