Toronto, Ontario — June 28, 2018 — CARSTAR has committed to roll out the Canadian Collision Industry Acceleration Program (CCIAP) to its locations throughout Canada, in partnership with the Automotive Industries Association of Canada.
CARSTAR is supporting the CCIAP both strategically and financially and hopes to help accelerate the achievement of the program. The CCIAP better positions CARSTAR locations for future industry achievements and evolving OEM requirements.
“CARSTAR’s proprietary EDGE Performance Platform is based on valuable KPI’s, and we are committed to ensuring that our performance against these metrics exceeds our insurance partner’s expectations, no matter the region,” says operations director Jeff Labanovich. “Achieving this goal is a herculean task, but with the support of organizations like AIA in helping our network get accredited we will maintain our position as North America’s premier collision repair provider.”
Automotive Industries Association of Canada, a national not-for-profit association that reaches the entire industry, runs the Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program. A CCIAP accreditation requires collision repair facilities to adhere to a rigorous set of standards for business operations, repair capabilities and I-CAR recognition.
“CCIAP accreditations provide organizations like CARSTAR with an added value proposition to their customers, because it is an objective assurance that your collision repair facility operates under the highest standards,” says AIA senior director Andrew Shepherd. “Joining a prestigious class of collision repair facilities who are CCIAP accredited is no small feat and the fact that CARSTAR is committed to upholding this standard is just another reason why they are so highly respected in the industry.”
