Despite facing industry challenges, the BMW Group Canada CCRC network has demonstrated remarkable growth. Projections indicate continued expansion, with an expected rise to 73 locations by Q2 2025.
Several key initiatives were announced, aimed at empowering the network and enhancing service quality. A significant emphasis was placed on expanding the availability of restricted parts in both Canada and the USA, ensuring seamless alignment with BMW USA.
The commitment to training was highlighted, with plans to increase course offerings focusing on next-generation electric vehicles and advanced material composition. Enhancements in telematic assistance were also emphasized, paving the way for improved telematic FNOL services, supported by trained professionals to guide customers through the process. Additionally, the introduction of a BMW CCRC Advisory and Communications panel aims to align the network's future trajectory with the evolving needs of its partners.
Finally, structural repair courses traditionally held in BMW USA facilities will now be available in Canada by Q4 2025.
