Hamilton, Ontario — January 2, 2018 — CARSTAR Collision & Glass Service has added Brampton West to its North American network. The network’s second Brampton location is owned in partnership with John and Diana Vella and Frank Sottile. Sottile, who also owns CARSTAR Brampton, is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of collision repair experience and is also deeply involved in his community.
“My family and I are proud to have served the City of Brampton since 1979 and I am so excited to be expanding our operation to better serve the community,” says Sottile. “We are heavily involved in various community initiatives in Brampton, giving us the opportunity to connect on social levels. When running into customers at such events I’m greeted with their expressions of positive experiences at CARSTAR Brampton, which is incredibly motivating.”
“Becoming franchisees with CARSTAR, and taking our independent collision repair experience to the next level is surreal,” say John and Diana Vella. “We are so grateful to be working side-by-side with Frank Sottile and having his mentorship as we move forward in our journey.”
The CARSTAR Brampton West location is a 6,000 square foot facility that will be offering full collision repair as well as windshield repair and replacement.

Frank Sottile actively fundraises for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, the charity of choice for CARSTAR. This past year CARSTAR Brampton had one of the most successful car wash events, one that went far beyond just a car wash with games for children, food, local artists and even an auto show. Sottile and his team always do it big, and plan to as well with their new store.
