Sainte-Julienne, Quebec — July 23, 2014 — Carrossier ProColor Sainte-Julienne has obtained its Green Wrench Gold level certification in May 2014 for its outstanding commitment to the preservation of the environment.
The Gold level, the highest level of the Green Wrench program, is an environmental certification awarded to automotive services in Quebec to highlight the considerable and sustained efforts to reduce their environmental footprint and protect the environment.
Gilbert Beaulieu, Manager of Carrossier ProColor Ste-Julienne, is extremely proud to have obtained the highest distinction that can be awarded to automotive workshops for environmental responsibility in Quebec.
“At Carrossier ProColor Ste-Julienne, the environment is something we value to the highest level; that is why we chose to modernize our practices and implement the best eco-friendly measures,” says Beaulieu.
Whether it be the management of hazardous materials, equipment, maintenance service areas or the awareness of its employees, Carrossier ProColor Ste-Julienne’s workshop adopts the best practices. That is the assessment Nature-Action Québec’s auditor made in his evaluation, giving Carrossier ProColor Ste-Julienne an almost perfect score of 95 percent.
“The process leading to the Gold Level Green Wrench certification did not happen on its own; it required a lot of time and energy. We originally obtained the Silver Level Green Wrench certification in 2011, there were only a few details to work out to attain Gold Level, but the auditor returns only every three years, so we had to wait until this year to get it,” says Gilbert Beaulieu.
