The Spanesi 106 EXT Structural Straightening Bench is designed for larger and longer vehicles. With its 6m (19.6’) length and lifting capacity of up to 5,000Kg (11,000lbs), the 106 EXT easily accommodates large work vans, light and medium duty trucks, and SUVs. Spanesi’s Universal Fixture System is included with the 106 EXT for use with its 7 cross members and 14 mounting locations. Technicians can quickly and efficiently mount large vehicles securely to complete OEM quality repairs. The Universal Fixture System moves with the technician inside of a dedicated trolley system, avoiding technicians walking back to a fixed wall-mounted system. The 106 EXT also comes with a pulling tower capable of producing 10 tons of pulling force. Strategically integrated into the straightening bench are 12 pulling tower mounting locations, ensuring 3600 access to straighten damaged areas of any vehicle.
