The free, one-hour session will delve into the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on customer interactions within the collision repair industry. It will feature insights from two prominent AI experts: Abhijeet Gulati, senior director of AI and machine learning engineering at Mitchell and Gaurav Mendiratta, chief executive officer of SocioSquares.
Gulati brings over two decades of experience in AI, focusing on developing enterprise-scale solutions for the insurance and technology sectors. Mendiratta has been instrumental in integrating AI into digital solutions, with a background in engineering and telecommunications.
During the webinar, attendees will gain insights into the fundamentals of Generative AI and large language models like ChatGPT as well as current applications of AI in the collision industry and strategies for leveraging AI to enhance the customer experience throughout the claims process.
