Nominations Open: Most influential women awards

Win

Toronto, Ontario -- The Women’s Industry Network’s is opening nominations for its most influential women awards.

The organization is inviting the collision community to put forward the names of female leaders who are reshaping the sector.

The awards aim to spotlight the growing influence of women across the industry’s operational and leadership ranks and to encourage companies to elevate diverse talent.

The annual program recognizes women whose work advances technical excellence, mentoring, management and innovation across bodyshops, supply chains and related fields.

According to the group, nominees should embody its mission to attract, develop and promote women in collision repair, though actually holding WIN membership is not required.

The organization accepts submissions for candidates in roles ranging from technicians and estimators to executives and educators. Each nomination asks for evidence of professional achievement, industry impact and commitment to supporting the next generation.

The selection committee reviews all entries after the January deadline and announces honourees in the spring.

Nominations can be made through this site until January 19, 2026.
