Toronto, Ontario -- The Fix Network has announced a leadership transition in its U.S. operations, introducing a co-leadership model for its collision and glass divisions.
Under the new structure, Lou Berman, vice-president of operations and sales for the U.S., will oversee both networks, while Nicole Woerner has been promoted to vice-president of business development and partnerships for both lines.
Berman brings more than 20 years of experience in collision repair, including senior leadership roles with Collision Care Auto Body Centers and Caliber Collision. His background spans operations, sales and insurance relations.
Woerner previously held leadership roles at OEConnection and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, with experience in business development and strategic partnerships across automotive, software and consumer services sectors.
“This co-leadership model leverages the complementary strengths of Lou and Nicole to benefit our franchisees, suppliers and insurance partners,” said Steve Leal, president and chief executive officer of Fix Network. “Operational excellence paired with strategic partnership growth will drive continued success for Fix Network in the USA.”
Officials from the Fix Network said the new model aligns operational performance with partnership development to better support franchisees and strengthen connections with insurers and suppliers.
