Burnaby, British Columbia — February 9, 2016 — The Automotive Retailers Association (ARA) of British Columbia and eMarketing Sherpas have announced that The Demand Engine, The Review Engine and the Digital Lobby are now available to all ARA members as the preferred consumer sales, marketing and customer service solutions for the association.
“I was looking for a way to bolster the ARA Collision Certification program with the ability to link marketing to the consumer,” said David Ribeiro, ARA’s Director of Industry Relations. “It also needed to provide a method of promoting the members of that same program. The Demand Engine system is a software as service (SaaS) system that eMarketing Sherpas says automates virtually all aspects of a shop’s digital sales, marketing and customer service activities. The Review Engine helps collision facilities capture more online reviews. The Digital Lobby is an in-house sales, marketing, customer service and education system that includes digital signage, menu board, kiosks and mobile apps.
