Hamilton, Ontario — March 17, 2014 — CARSTAR Automotive Canada Inc. continues the expansion of its network throughout Quebec by welcoming Alma Auto Body to its family of franchisees.
The Quebec CARSTAR team and the head office team in Hamilton extend a warm welcome to Jean-François Gauthier and his employees. An auto body specialist for the past 18 years, Jean-François took over the helm of the family enterprise several years ago. His father, Jean-Claude, with more than 50 years of collision repair expertise, passed on to him his passion for perfectly executed work. Now retired, Jean-Claude remains active at the heart of the dynamic, highly-qualified team which includes three auto body technicians and one painter who have all benefited from numerous I-CAR training sessions.
Over the years, Alma Auto Body has earned an enviable reputation in the region for the quality of their work and friendly customer service. The shop can handle five vehicles at a time inside and more than 20 outside.
Jean-François and his team decided to join the CARSTAR family due to its professional outlook, namely what is most important for a collision centre: a warm welcome, accurate cost estimates, impeccable repairs and service that meets and exceeds client expectations.
