AIA Canada hires Rocco Neglia as CCIAP business development leader

Rocco Neglia has over 30 years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry and for the past thirteen years he has held the position of vice president of claims for economical insurance.
Ottawa, Ontario — May 22, 2018 — Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA)  has announced that Rocco Neglia, formerly of Economical Insurance, will be joining in order to lead business development efforts for the Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program (CCIAP).
 
Rocco Neglia has over 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, serving as vice president of claims for economical insurance for the past thirteen. Neglia was active in the insurance industry and has served on various committees of the Insurance Bureau of Canada. He has also served as chair of the Conestoga Chapter of the Insurance Institute of Ontario and Governor of the Insurance Institute of Canada.
 
“We are very confident that Mr. Neglia will deliver further growth for CCIAP,” says AIA Canada president Jean-François Champagne. “He is a strong addition and we welcome him to our team. I am convinced that his strong insurance industry knowledge, broad expertise, and network will make him and the program extremely successful.”
 
The CCIAP was launched in late 2016 as a not-for-profit program verifying the highest standards of repair capability.
